Returns & Exchanges
Kieko Star Kollection strives for excellence in customer service and in the products we sell. Due to the nature of the products we provide, exchanges and refunds will only be permitted on unused items within 7 days of your purchase. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, all hair and hair pieces must be returned in their original packing with tags attached. The hair must not be worn, brushed, shampooed, conditioned, straightened, curled, dyed, or otherwise altered in any way.
Shipping
Any purchases made using PayPal will ONLY be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address. Additionally, all credit card purchases will only be processed if the billing and shipping address are the same. Kieko Star Kollection will process and ship ALL in stock orders, regardless of payment method, within 2-3 business days. Please note, pre-orders, back-orders and special promotions may require additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.
All orders will be shipped using USPS Flat Rate Priority which usually takes 3-4 days. All shipments within the United States are shipped with delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind that real-time tracking is not always available through USPS Priority Service. Kieko Star Kollection is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged and/or stolen. We are not responsible for orders with a confirmed delivery status.
Canceling Your Order
Orders may be canceled for any reason BEFORE your order has been shipped. To cancel your order, email info@kiekostarkollection.com and include your order number. A full refund will be issued at the time of cancellation.
Changes to Your Order
Need to modify your order? Please email us at info@kiekostarkollection.com BEFORE your order ships, we'll gladly make any changes to your existing order.
